Surface to Air Architects in London is seeking a talented senior project architect with tower construction experience, technical detailing skills and a proven track record at delivering projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience and will require a thorough knowledge of UK Building Regulations. The successful applicant will be responsible for running projects through all RIBA work stages and have experience in new build, refurbishment, residential and education. Excellent competency in AutoCAD, Revit and NBS is essential.
The role will entail considerable liaison with all members of the design and client teams. The person appointed must feel comfortable with leading communication in meetings. Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work permanently in the UK and have fluent written and spoken English.
