About this Senior Architect, Architectural Technologist, and Part 3 Architect Role

With exciting new projects underway, we are looking to expand our talented London team including a Senior Architect, an Architectural Technologist, and a Part 3 Architect. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
  • Experience with Creative Suite, Enscape, and SketchUp would be advantageous.
  • Strong background in London and UK residential projects.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of both traditional and modern construction methods.
  • Ability to produce detailed, accurate tender and construction drawings with a comprehensive understanding of UK Building Regulations.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing projects independently and overseeing assigned assistants.
  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • Right to work in the UK.
