Formation Architects is currently seeking a qualified architect to join our esteemed High-End design team located in London.

Qualified Architect Role Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can showcase the following skills and experience levels:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience, post RIBA Part 3 qualification.
  • Proficiency in high-end residential design, demonstrating excellent design skills.
  • Prior experience in pre-planning activities is essential.
  • Experience with Listed Buildings is advantageous.
  • Relevant experience within the UK residential sector.
  • Strong technical expertise, particularly in detailing stages.
  • Thorough understanding of UK building regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and dedication to work.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
