Exceptional Architect to join team in Manchester

Our Manchester Studio is expanding its team and is seeking an exceptional Architect to join us. We are in search of a results-oriented, highly motivated individual to spearhead the delivery of a diverse range of bespoke architectural projects. As a progressive, employee-owned practice, you’ll have the opportunity to spot prospects and advance your career. This role is entrepreneurial, offering substantial responsibility and the autonomy to achieve tangible outcomes. You will lead the delivery of projects at all RIBA stages, collaborating closely with a wide-ranging consultant team.

We are eager to engage with architects boasting approximately 3 years of post-Part III qualification experience. Candidates should possess proficiency in delivering architectural projects across all stages, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead a team. Strong technical and conservation skills, coupled with robust design prowess, are imperative for this role.

Key Skills Required for this Architect Role:

  • Part 3 qualification with at least 3 years of experience as an Architect in a UK-based practice
  • Proficiency in project management and contract administration
  • Excellent technical skills and conservation experience
  • Sound understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations
  • Well-organised, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of working across all RIBA stages
  • Demonstrated proficiency in technical software usage, including AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS software (essential)
