The Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Qualified Architects to join our team. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs for various projects. The ideal candidate should be experienced in working within the UK’s architectural environment and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a Qualified Architect, you will be responsible for the following:
- Project management, including working with contractors and consultants
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver design concepts and construction drawings
- Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations
- Leading the design development process and presenting design solutions to clients
- Managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet project objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in large-scale residential and regeneration project
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Revit Strong conceptual design skills Self-motivation and enthusiasm
Preferred Skills
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Construction detailing skills
- Proven experience in project delivery
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Sketchup
