Architect Part III Role Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our Design Team, you will:
- Collaborate effectively on various projects.
- Utilise AutoCAD and Revit software for drawing work across assignments.
- Engage in clear communication with clients, contractors, local authorities, and consultants as required.
Your Workplace:
Our architectural studio is situated on the border of Herts/Beds. Regular commuting to the office is essential for this role.
Ideal Candidate for this Architect Part III Role:
If you possess the following skills and qualifications, we’d be thrilled to hear from you:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Outlook/Teams.
- Strong communication skills and adept workload management.
- Capability to develop concept designs and progress through planning and tender stages.
- Some exposure to project management would be advantageous.
Qualifications Required:
RIBA Advanced Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture (Part 3)
