Project Architect – The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Architect to join our expanding London studio. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile central government projects, delivering innovative and technically excellent solutions.

You’ll take a leading role in the early RIBA stages, working closely with the Project Director to guide design teams and drive project success. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise, refine your leadership skills, and make a real impact within a thriving and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities as Project Architect

  • Lead the design, detailing, and coordination of projects, collaborating with senior team members
  • Work closely with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Manage project briefs, budgets, timelines, and deliverables alongside the Project Director
  • Chair project meetings and reviews, driving progress and ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee technical development to achieve high-quality outcomes
  • Stay proactive, keeping senior architectural leads informed and seeking support where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification and ARB registration
  • Strong post-qualification experience in architectural practice
  • Proficiency in Revit, with experience managing BIM workflows
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset

Project Architect – Desirable Skills

  • A strong understanding of sustainable design principles
  • Experience using NBS Chorus for specifications
