Exciting BIM Technician Position Available at a Leading Landscape Architecture Studio
Join our dynamic team in London as an experienced BIM Technician! We are seeking a skilled individual proficient in Revit, with expertise in 3D visualisations, cross-disciplinary coordination, and team leadership.
BIM Technician Role Responsibilities:
- Bring designs to life through 3D visualisation and modelling.
- Produce precise Revit models with comprehensive BIM data.
- Manage large, multi-disciplinary models, identifying clashes and design issues.
- Collaborate with project design teams to enhance workflows.
- Enhance our capabilities in clash detection, data management, and project templates.
BIM Technician Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in REVIT, SketchUp, and BIM-enabling applications. - Ideally, proficiency in Adobe Suite, Lumion, and Rhino.
- Ability to create rendered imagery to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail is essential.
